Construction of Works of Water Supply Production and Distribution Network Improvements with House Service Connections for Nonrevenue Water Reduction and Continuous Water Supply and Providing Sewer Network with House Sewer Connections along with Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant & Sewerage Pumping Station and Allied Works and Operation Services of the Entire System for 10 years at Banswara

India has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Rajasthan Secondary Towns Development Investment Program (RSTDIP) – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above.

The Local Self Government Department represented by Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP); hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, invites online bids from eligible bidders for the “Construction of Works of Water Supply Production and Distribution Network Improvements with House Service Connections for Nonrevenue Water Reduction and Continuous Water Supply and Providing Sewer Network with House sewer connections along with Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant & Sewerage Pumping Station and Allied Works and Operation Services of the Entire System for 10 years at Banswara”. The scope of work includes construction of water source and treatment facility, rehabilitation and expansion of existing water distribution infrastructure to achieve continuous pressurised water supply, construction of sewerage system and operation, maintenance and management of the water supply and sewerage system for 10 years on performance based. Bidder may submit online bids as per instructions in following paragraphs.

Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) – International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
