Item Description:

This is an invitation to an open tender procedure for the above-mentioned service contract. The technical assistance operation aims at safeguarding the European Investment Bank’s (EIB) reputation and investment by supporting EIB’s partner Financial Intermediaries in West and Central Africa to deploy funding in an efficient, responsible and sustainable manner, in accordance with the EIB’s standards and requirements through capacity building and technical assistance. The technical assistance operation will also provide capacity building to final beneficiaries (micro, small and medium enterprises — MSMEs).
