Item Description:

1. The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the Hunan Technical and Vocational Education and Training Demonstration Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. MINMETALS International Tendering Co., Ltd. “the Procurement Agent”, which has been authorized by The Education Department of Hunan Province (the “Purchaser”) to act for and on its behalf, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the following Goods and related services (Contract name: Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College Procurement of Electric Mechanic Skill Training Equipment, Contract No. : HN-QC-E03).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9 a.m. January 12, 2017. Late bids will be rejected.
