Travel Data Consolidation Services

Item Description:

The World Bank Group (WBG) is seeking expression of interest to pre-qualify service providers for an Request for Proposal to provide Travel Data Consolidation Services for its global travel program. The general services will include consolidating travel data from travel management companies servicing the WBG globally; generating standard, customized / ad-hoc reports; and providing a direct feed of the consolidated data to WBG’s SAP system. Currently the WBG has consolidated its global travel management services with 4 service providers that are Global Business Travel (American Express), Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), BCD Travel, and SOTC Travel Services.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.  Offeror’s proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
