The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP).
This RFP is comprised of the following sections and attachments:
- Section 1: Scope of Work
- Section 2: Proposal Requirements and Evaluation
- Section 3: Proposal Submission
- Section 4: Legal Matters
Through this RFP, The Global Fund seeks to hire an individual consultant or an organization to develop and design the analytical capacity model for the selected Global Fund supported countries in Asia region. The model should incorporate:
- Strengthening analytical capacity for programmatic data analysis;
- Sustainable capacity building for strategic information; and
- M&E Technical Assistance support and capacity building model.
