Garage Lighting Replacement

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF RFP

Intent of the work is to replace the existing lighting in the parking garage at subject property in Washington, DC as shown on the drawings. The scope of work is defined as providing materials, equipment, labor, protection, and incidentals necessary to replace existing light fixtures, remove unnecessary fixtures, and install fixtures in new locations.

Work will occur in an occupied garage, so the installation will be performed during off-hours. Alternate work plans can be proposed but the RFP pricing shall be based on off-hours work.

The Bank is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms (Offerors) to enter into an agreement with the Offeror providing the overall best value to the Bank for the Garage Lighting Replacement at the Bank’s headquarters’ building, located at 1300 New York Avenue, N.W., Washington DC.
