Rehabilitation of Lower Kokcha Irrigation – Zone II: Archi Main Canal (AMC), LKIP/AMC 0+018 to 20+450 km Canal Lining and Civil Works

The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Water Resources Development Investment Program – Project 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The National Procurement Authority (NPA), on behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation of Lower Kokcha Irrigation – Zone II: Archi Main Canal (AMC), LKIP/AMC 0+018 to 20+450 km Canal Lining and Civil Works (the Works). Construction period is 1095 days.

International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries of the ADB as described in the Bidding Document.
