Provision of Fuel Services to OCHA Nigeria

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) intends to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with a reputable company for the provision of Diesel and Petrol to OCHA Nigeria for its fleet of vehicles as well as the office generator in Abuja and at three existing field locations – Yola, Yobe and Maiduguri.

If a company believes it could fulfill the above requirement, please demonstrate that the company has the ability to provide petrol and diesel as and when required for the vehicles nationally and with specific reference to Abuja as well as the existing field locations – Yola, Yobe and Maiduguri. The company must also guarantee access to all OCHA vehicles at all its locations in a seamless manner.

Please note the Estimated Annual Consumption for the Generator (on-site supply) is 21,600 ltrs (Diesel). The Estimated Annual Consumption for the vehicles is 38,400 ltrs for Diesel and 24,000 ltrs for Petrol.
