Consultants End Evaluation Project in Iraq

Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V. (hereafter: WHH) is seeking a consultant/team of consultants, with a proven background in conducting evaluations to assess the achievement of key outcome and output indicators for the jointly implemented project IRQ 1005-16: Improving livelihoods and basic conditions for returnees and the local population in Ninewa governorate, northern Iraq.

This project is being implemented as a partnership with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and WHH. The project commenced on 01 April 2016 and will continue until the end of February 2018. This end evaluation will need to demonstrate the extent to which the project has contributed to the improvement of basic living conditions in communities, enabling the return of IDPs to Ninewa governorate, and assess the effectiveness and impact of the interventions of both partners.
