The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Communication Campaign Services.
This Request for Expression of Interest replaces EOIUNECA15571 due to the following reasons:
- The solicitation Method that will be used will be Invitation to Bid (ITB).
- The Services will be split and awarded in three lots. This will give bidders the flexibility to bid for the areas of their expertise on the basis of the Terms of Reference.
- UNECA will award a contract to one of more bidders as per the different lots.
