Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) wishes to enter into a long-term contract (3 years plus two additional optional one-year terms for a maximum of 5 years) for the provision of Maintenance and Repair Service on Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, and Fire Prevention and Protective Systems at the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), all-inclusive of spare parts.
The UNGSC is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified Organization and the Bidders must submit their ISO 9001 quality management system certificate (or any other international process quality certification, specific for the subject industrial sector) relative to its activity, and conform to UNGSC compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The Bidders shall have three years of experience with supply of fire fighting materials, service and repairs and shall ensure that all Contract personnel/operators are trained and experienced to perform the specific tasks.
