Supply and Delivery of Equipment, Parts and Materials for the Construction of Substations and Transmission Lines

Turkmenistan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of National Power Grid Strengthening Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The State Power Corporation “Turkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan (Turkmenenergo) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment, Parts and Materials for the Construction of Substations and Transmission Lines.
