Advertising of Senior Management Vacancies in the International Media

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Services to be delivered

To fill vacant positions at the level of senior management, the contracting authority may decide to open vacancies to candidates from outside the European institutions. The full text of the vacancy notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union and, to reach a larger audience, advertisements are placed in the international media (print and/or online).

The contractor is requested to ensure the publication of these advertisements starting from the contracting authority’s request.

The services to be delivered consist in managing the contract and preparing the advertisements until their publication in the media as detailed in the enclosed Tender Specifications in the attached ZIP File.
