AV and IT Consultancy Services, EBRD HQ project

Item Description:

The purpose of this notice is to provide Consultants with the Minimum Requirements and RFP documentation for the AV & IT Consultancy Services tender for the EBRD HQ Project.

Consultants with relevant experience outlined in the RFP scope of services will need to demonstrate their experience in complying with the UK construction statutory regulations or, in the absence thereof, demonstrate how they would ensure this, and provide examples of where they have worked with the network of contractors and subcontractors and demonstrate how this was critical in making the project a success.  International experience in delivery of similar scale projects will be particularly valuable, as is an essential requirement of demonstrated, successful delivery of projects of a similar scale and complexity in the UK.

Only Consultants that answer “yes” to all questions relating to the Minimum Requirements and provide the requested documentation as evidence will have their Technical Proposals evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP). After evaluation of the proposals up to 5 (five) Consultants will be invited to present to the TEP and observers from the project team.

Please note Section 4.5.1 of the RFP which states how many copies of the submission are required.
