Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing a company for a cleaning service provider and associated services for all OECD buildings, 11 buildings with a total area of approximately 125,000 m2, located in Paris 16th, Paris 15th and Boulogne Billancourt.
The services will mainly cover:
1. The cleaning of premises and spaces including maintenance of the glazing 2. The supply of sanitary equipment and associated consumables
3. Selective sorting and waste management
4. Rat extermination, disinfection, disinsection)
The limit date for submission of offer is Friday, February 26th, 10:00am (Paris time).
A mandatory visit of the sites (with 2 groups) will be organised Saturday, February 6th, at 8h15am (Group 1 : Paris / Groupe 2 : Boulogne)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un prestataire de nettoyage et les services associés sur l’ensemble des bâtiments occupés par l’Organisation, soit 11 bâtiments d’une superficie totale d’environ 125 000 m2, situés à Paris 16ème , Paris 15ème et Boulogne Billancourt.
Les prestations couvriront principalement :
1. La mise en propreté des locaux et espaces incluant l’entretien de la vitrerie 2. La fourniture d’équipements sanitaires et des consommables associés
3. La collecte sélective et gestion des déchets
4. La gestion des 3D (Dératisation, Désinfection, Désinsectisation)
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au vendredi 26 février 2021 à 10h00 (heure de Paris).
Une visite technique groupée (2 groupes) obligatoire aura lieu sur chaque site de l’OCDE, le 6 février 2021, à 8h15 (groupe 1 : Paris / groupe 2 : Boulogne)
