The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards purchasing, on behalf of the International Energy Agency, a peer-review solution from a provider that will improve current performance, functionalities, security and support, taking into account the feasibility and benefits of migrating this business critical activity to a different provider.
The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is March 19, 2021, 8:00 PM (UTC +1)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres, au nom de l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie, afin de trouver une solution de revue/correction par les collaborateurs auprès d’un fournisseur qui améliorera les performances, les fonctionnalités, la sécurité et le soutien actuels, tout en tenant compte de la faisabilité et des avantages de la migration de cette activité essentielle à un autre fournisseur.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au 19 mars 2021, à 20h00 (TU +1).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
