Complex renovation of the training center building located in Orshanets village, Cherkasy region, Ukraine

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Ukraine, in the framework of international technical assistance project, implemented by IOM and funded by the international Donors, invites interested Bidders to participate in a tender for execution of works on complex renovation of the training center building located in Orshanets village, Cherkasy region, Ukraine.

The tender process will be conducted in accordance with IOM rules and procedures.

Legal entities or private entrepreneurs, interested in participating in the bidding process, shall deliver the package of qualification documents as a tentative confirmation of participation shall be delivered at the following address:

The tentative confirmation shall be delivered not later than 17:00 (EET) 01.04.2020.
The tentative confirmation will not be considered as an obligation and may be withdrawn by the bidder any time before the specified deadline of bids submission.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after submission and shall be delivered to the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (BEAC) not later than 17:00 (EEST) 17.04.2020 which is considered as a bids submission deadline.

A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify IOM in writing at IOM’s e- mail: iomkievtenders@iom.int.
The subject line of request shall be as follows:
UA1-2020-1240 – bidder’s company name – Request for clarification

IOM will respond in writing to any request for clarification of the bidding documents, which it receives no later than five (5) working days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders that have received the bidding documents

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidders of the ground for IOM action.
