Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as “ADB”), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive a Bid for the engagement of an Architectural and Engineering Design Consulting Firm, hereafter called the Contractor, for the Works described in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS).

The Works shall be complete in all respect and shall be provided in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1).

The sealed Bid shall be completed and submitted to ADB in accordance with the provisions contained in the “Request for Proposal (RFP).”

Deadline for clarification: 12 August 2020
