Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Skills for Competitiveness Project (S4C), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Project Management Unit of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of 3 new buildings and rehabilitation of 2 existing building at Battambang Institute of Technology (BIT), Battambang Province. The construction period is 18 months from date of notification to commence.
Open Competitive Bidding (National) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
