Item Description:

1. The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Loan 3215-PRC Guangxi Baise Vocational Education Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for the construction of Baise University Chengbi Campus Expansion Project (Phase II)- Business, political and law, art and education, administration, Chinese and foreign language (Contract No. C03). Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC, the Procurement Agent), authorized by and on behalf of Baise University (the Employer), now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the following works:
 Administration: the level of construction engineering is Level II, frame construction, building aseismic grade is seven degree, the building area is 12509.66 m², the base area is 3230.98m2,the underground 1 floors and the aboveground 8 floors, and the building height is 30.15m.
 Chinese and foreign language: the level of construction engineering is Level II, frame construction, building aseismic grade is seven degree, the building area is 16997.36 m², the base area is 4081.60m2, the aboveground 7 floors, and the building height is 27.75m.
 Business: the level of construction engineering is Level II, frame construction, building aseismic grade is seven degree, the building area is 8894.88 m², the base area is 4981.83m2, the aboveground 6 floors, and the building height is 23.94m.
 Political and law: the level of construction engineering is Level II, frame construction, building aseismic grade is seven degree, the building area is 8015.91 m², the base area is 1121.26m2, the aboveground 6 floors, and the building height is 23.94m.
 Art and education: the level of construction engineering is Level II, frame construction, building aseismic grade is seven degree, the building area is 17436.50 m², the base area is 4585.95m2, the aboveground 7 floors, and the building height is 27m.
