Construction of Sport Complex in Akhaltsikhe (remaining works)

Invitation for Bids

The Government of Georgia has received for financing from the ADB toward the cost of Livable Cities Investment Project for Balanced Development. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Sport Complex in Akhaltsikhe (remaining works) (“the Works”). The works intended to be constructed consists of works for construction of the Sport Complex two-storied building including improvement of territory: fencing, landscaping, lighting, parking; arrangement of engineering networks of the building: water supply and sewerage, electricity, weak system, heating-cooling-ventilation, etc.

Open Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
