Construction, replacement and repair of concrete slab, pavements, sidewalks and other similar surfaces at the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy

The Contractor shall supply all materials to carry out the services and will be also responsible for all the activities related to execution of the works such as, provision of equipment, tools, vehicles, qualified personnel, travel, insurance and any other activity that may be required.

The Contractor shall be able to commence the services no later than 72 hours from the receipt of a Service Release Order issued by the UNGSC.

The resulting contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC’s sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1).

Interested Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory site visit at the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy to inspect the premises where the services shall be performed.

Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.
