Construction Works of Hoa Tham – Quy Hoa – Vinh Yen road

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Project Management Unit of BIIG1 Lang Son invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the package LS01: Construction works of Hoa Tham – Quy Hoa – Vinh Yen road, Binh Gia district, Lang Son province (DR.61) (Section 1: Km00-Km11+008), including:

(i)  Rehabilitation and upgrading of 11.008 km roads, including road embankment and pavement, drainage and other protection works;

(ii)  Horizontal culverts, including 34 pipe culverts of all kinds and 01 box culverts of 5x5m; and

(iii)  Na Tap Bridge and the access roads; reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete girders and I-beam girders of 2x33m; bridge length of 80.15m; bridge width of 7m; total approach road length of 420.33m; 03 slab bridges with L = 5m; 02 slab bridges with L = 6m.

The contract will be completed in 24 months.

National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
