Consulting services for Construction Management

Following publication of General Procurement Notice (GPN) reference AIIB41-12/18 on 4 December. 2018, PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation or referred to as “ITDC” – a state owned company) has received financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Indonesia – Mandalika Urban and Tourism Infrastructure Project (MUTIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:

1. On behalf of ITDC managing construction and quality assurance for the following projects/scope in the Mandalika Resort area:
– Land clearing and development (cut and fill, as necessary)
– Road, drainage, box utility, lighting, crossing design, crossing box, and landscape

– River normalization and temporary evacuation
– Clean, waste, irrigation water and facilities
– Waste disposal areas, electricity works, and development
– Other public facilities (such as: bus station, main gate, cultural center, amenity core facilities, small eastern mosque, and the center of small medium industries)

2. The implementation of assignment is expected to start in May 2019 with an estimated contract duration of 52 months.

ITDC now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
