Consulting Services to Implement Blackline

The Inter-American Development Bank (“IADB” or “Bank”) was established in December of 1959 to help accelerate economic and social development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Bank is owned by its 48 member countries, with headquarters in Washington, DC and field offices in each member county in Latin America and the Caribbean, and with special offices in Paris and Tokyo. The Bank provides loans, technical assistance and policy guidance to further its goals of poverty reduction and sustainable development in the Latin American and Caribbean regions. The Bank has become a major catalyst in mobilizing resources for the region. Its principal function is to finance the development of its borrowing member countries. Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Bank has developed this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms (“Offerors”) for the provision of Consulting Services to Implement Blackline, as described in Annex A – Terms of Reference. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the requirements to enable Offerors to respond, and it provides the basis upon which Offerors’ proposals will be evaluated.
