The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB No. SR749132591 Contingency Headhunting Service) is to select multiple contingency headhunting firms to build a high-quality and diverse talent pipeline, enhance employer branding and mitigate the risk of mis-hires. These firms may be specialists (that is working with several professions such as infrastructure, finance, banking, IT, engineer, etc.), or generalists (working with a variety of professions).
