Creation of specialized software of automated human resource management system of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the “New Face of the Border 3” Project, funded by USA, Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (BEAC) of IOM Ukraine now invites Bidders submit their bids for creation of specialized software of automated human resource management system of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents and specifications, given in the Bidding Documents.

Bidding Documents may be obtained by forwarding an e-mail request to iomkievtenders@iom.int with subject line of the message reading: UA1-2021-1299 – Company name – Request of the Bidding Documents.

The Bid should be received (both original and electronic versions) either by hand or through mail by the BEAC with office address at:

not later than 17:00 (EEST) 08.10.2021, which is considered to be the deadline for Proposals` submission. Bids must be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after the deadline of submission of the bids.

All bids must be prepared in USD VAT excluded.
IOM Ukraine reserves the right to reject any or all bids that include VAT.

The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the selection process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bids.
