Item Description:

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is seeking to appoint one or more preferred providers of customized promotional items on an on-demand basis. Promotional items in this instance refer to various types of WIPO branded items dispensed at WIPO events. WIPO is looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience and sound supply chains established to deliver a wide range of promotional items to various departments/units within the Organization. The providers must retain a consistent level of service, quality products and value for money. Sustainability through fair trade, support of local producers (where possible) and low environmental impact are a key focus for WIPO. Please note the following deadlines: – Queries concerning the technical, legal or commercial aspects of this tender shall only be sent via the “Correspondence” tool ofthe WIPO-UNGM e-tendering system (https://ungm.in-tend.co.uk/wipo) no later than January 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. (CET). – Your offer must be submitted via the WIPO-UNGM e-tendering system (https://ungm.in-tend.co.uk/wipo), and must reach WIPO no later than January 31, 2019 at 16:00 CET.
