The European Banking Authority, referred to below as the lead contracting authority on behalf of the Other European Union Institutions mentioned in the contract notice, is planning to award the framework contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Objective of this call for tenders

The contracting authorities wish to procure data protection advice, consultancy and related services for their core business and administrative services. The services may be required in relation to any data processing operations where the contracting authorities do process data or act as controllers when delegating the processing of personal data. The services from this framework contract may be required also in relation with complaints, in relation with risk assessments and management, audits, to respond to obligations towards the European Data Protection Supervisor or to fulfil training needs of staff and other stakeholders, among other.
