Design and Deliver Modules within its new Management Development Programme

The European Patent Organisation is an intergovernmental organisation that was set up on 7 October 1977 on the basis of the European Patent Convention (EPC) signed in Munich in 1973. It has two bodies, the European Patent Office and the Administrative Council.

The European Patent Office, the executive arm of the European Patent Organisation, offers inventors a uniform application procedure which enables them to seek patent protection in up to 44 countries. The Office is supervised by the Administrative Council.

Objective of this tender

The European Patent Organisation is seeking an external provider to design and deliver modules within its new Management Development Programme, aimed at strengthening leadership behaviours aligned with the EPO managerial principles of Clarity, Courage, Care, Contribution, and Curiosity.

The scope includes:

• Design and delivery of leadership development modules covering topics such as coaching, influence, storytelling, empathy, and decision-making.
• Development of each module consisting of:
  • one live online training session,
  • one application task,
  • one peer circle,
  • one practice lab.
• Creation of all participant and facilitator materials.
• Delivery of all online sessions for cohorts of up to 15 participants.
• Provision of evaluation and learning assessment tools.
• Ongoing coordination with the EPO project team and continuous improvement of materials and delivery.

Process
