Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Royal Government of Cambodia has applied for financing from the ADB toward the cost of Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage System. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above.
No nationality restrictions apply.
The ELECTRICITÉ DU CAMBODGE (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Design-Build of a 250MW/500MWh Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage System in Takeo Substation for Grid Frequency Regulation (GRID FORMING) (“the Facilities”).
The Works under the Contract shall be completed within 12 months from the date of contract effectiveness.
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
