Design, Fabricate and Delivery of 200 m3/Day Capacity, Tailor Mounted Mobile Package Water Treatment Plants to NWSDB

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Greater Colombo Water & Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Program – Project 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee-Major (PPC-Major), on behalf of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (the Purchaser) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Fabricate and Delivery of 200 m3/Day Capacity, Tailor Mounted Mobile Package Water Treatment Plants to NWSDB.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries of the ADB as described in the Bidding Document.
