Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Satellite and Weather Information for Disaster Resilience in Central Africa project (SAWIDRA- AC) that appeared on-line on the African Development Bank Group’s website on March 2019.
The Economic Community of Central Africa States (ECCAS), based in Libreville-Gabon, has received financing from the African Development Bank through the ClimDev Special Fund to support the cost of the SAWIDRA-AC project implementation. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for “Design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a high-performance computing cluster system”.
