Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Total Service Maintenance of Three (3) Sets of Two (2) Units 60-kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS System)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive Bids from prospective Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Total Service Maintenance of Three (3) Sets of Two (2) Units 60-kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS System) (herein referred to as “Project”).

Open competitive procurement method will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage- Single Envelope Bidding Procedure.

There will be a Pre-bid Meeting on 2:00 PM, 3 July 2019 at Room 21222 SW, Asian Development Bank, 6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City, 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines for inquiries and/or clarifications for the bidding.

Sealed Bids should be sent by courier mail or hand-carried to Room 21204a SW, Asian Development Bank, 6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City, 1550 Metro Manila and must be received not later 2:00 PM on 29 July 2019. Any Bid received after the deadline for submission of Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.

ADB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action.

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. Any cost of preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
