Development and maintenance of the EWARS-in-a-box project

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development and maintenance of the EWARS-in-a-box application which address the following objectives:

1. Support ongoing core development of the open-source EWARS-in-a-box application (see Annex for an overview of the current technical specifications)
2. Provide remote technical backstopping to users in the field, including on-boarding of new country accounts
3. Provide in-country support for trainings and deployments when needed
4. Update and maintains project documentation, guidelines and training materials

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
