Development of Project Management course for United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for development of a dedicated UNEP-specific Project Management course.

The course will flesh out all the necessary information from UNEP’s Programme and Project Management Manual (PPMM) in a detailed manner through a series of inter-related modules. The modules shall be conceived individually; have sufficient depth of content to ensure all possible gaps of information are covered and well detailed; and be certified.The course shall incorporate cross-cutting issues such as Result based Management (RBM), and the mainstreaming of Gender, Safeguards and Human Rights (although these topics will each have a module of their own).

The primary target group is key and relevant UNEP personnel who are accountable and responsible for developing and driving programmes/projects, including but not limited to project managers, project manager supervisors and sub-programme coordinators.
