Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to select one or more suppliers for the services of videographers, digital content, filming, editing agencies/specialists and photographers to support the OECD’s programme of work and budget, the Secretary-General’s strategic orientations as well as the Organisation’s communication priorities.
This Call for Tenders is divided in 4 lots:
- Lot 1: Digital storytelling
- Lot 2: Videography and filming
- Lot 3: Broadcast and studio support
- Lot 4: Photography
Tenderers may provide an offer for one or more Lots.
The limit date for submission of offer is Monday 30 September, 13:00pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance le présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour les services de vidéographes, de contenu numérique, de tournage, d’agences de montage / de spécialistes et de photographes afin de soutenir le programme de travail et le budget de l’OCDE et les orientations stratégiques du Secrétaire général ainsi que les priorités de communication de l’Organisation.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en 4 lots:
- Lot 1: Narration numérique
- Lot 2: Vidéographie et tournage
- Lot 3: Support de diffusion et de studio
- Lot 4: Photographie
Les soumissionnaires peuvent faire une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Lundi 30 Septembre 2019 à 13h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations.
