Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Heilongjian Green Urban and Economic Revitalization Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Heilongjiang Guolu Tendering Co., Ltd. (“the Tendering Agency”), authorized by Qitaihe Bus Company of Heilongjiang Province (‘the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and related services of the above contract.
The content of this bidding procurement is in one contract package. Including 40 electric buses, 2 sets of charging equipment and site operation and maintenance training.
The warranty period: 3 years
The delivery period of this contract: 35 days to 3 months after signing the contract.
International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
