Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for Phase I Storage Tanks of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Low Carbon Energy Transition and Air Quality Improvement Project (Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Storage Project of Beijing Gas Group)

The Ministry of Finance of the P.R. China will receive financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of _Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Low Carbon Energy Transition and Air Quality Improvement Project (Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Storage Project of Beijing Gas Group). Part of this financing will be used for payments for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for Phase I Storage Tanks. Tendering is open to prospective Tenderers from eligible source countries of AIIB.

The Beijing Gas Group Company Ltd. (Beijing Gas) (“the Employer”) invites sealed Tenders (1 stage 1 envelope) from eligible Tenderers for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for Phase I Storage Tanks of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Low Carbon Energy Transition and Air Quality Improvement Project (Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Storage Project of Beijing Gas Group)

International Open Competitive Tendering (IOCT) will be conducted in accordance with AIIB’s Interim Operational Directive on Procurement Instructions for Recipients (June 2, 2016) (PIR) and is open to all prospective Tenderers from all eligible countries as described in the Tendering Document.
