    Item Description:

    The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the provision of Entrepreneurship Training and Mentorship Support Services for Syrian Refugees and Host Communities in Turkey and as further described in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR).

    Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 07 January 2019 14PM (Ankara time). Late bids shall be rejected.

    A non-mandatory bidders conference is scheduled to take place at the ILO Office in Ankara on 14 December 2018, from 14:00 to 16:00 Ankara Time. The ILO will answer any questions a bidder may have with regard to this request for proposals (RFP). Minutes of the conference, inclusive of all questions raised during the conference and relevant answers provided by the ILO, will be shared with all participants.

    Companies that are interested in participating in this conference should register through the ILO Procurement Bureau (pcrt@ilo.org, Subject: RFP N° 80/2018 – Entrepreneurship Training and Mentorship Support Services for Syrian Refugees in Turkey: Bidders Conference), latest by 15 PM, 13 December 2018.

    You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal.

    If for some reason the access to ILO eTS is not possible, you should promptly contact the ILO support service at pcrt@ilo.org and request authorization to submit your proposal on paper. Any request must be duly justified. The ILO reserves the right to reject all unfounded requests. Under no circumstances will such a request allow for a postponement of the submission deadline.
