Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) now invites proposals for the above-captioned Project. The Global Fund is looking for a (group of) expert(s) to support the facilitation of a Supply Chain Roadmap Co-Creation Process (SCR-CCP). This SCR-CCP, will primarily focus on refining the Global Fund’s end to end vision for the supply chain in-country. This sharpened vision will guide Global Fund’s future role in facilitating supply chain investments to help maximize its impact against AIDS, TB and Malaria, manage risk, ensure value for money and build resilient and sustainable health systems.
To ensure its efficacy, the roadmap will draw on lessons from the Global Fund’s support in supply-chain improvements through its day-to- day grant-making activities and strategic initiatives that have funded in-country transformation projects. The roadmap will also provide a clear implementable workplan, grounded in a realistic level of ambition, that also clearly articulates defined roles and responsibilities of the respective Divisions and Departments within the Secretariat that will contribute to the strategy’s success.
