Supporting the organizational mission and goals requires the professional engagement of various IT functions. The organizations are heavily relying on IT and see it as a leader in their missions. Therefore, having a high-quality IT Services is not only a need but is incorporated into the organizational strategies.

Request for Proposals (RFP).

The Global Fund invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for IT Hardware (Laptops and Docking Stations) Purchase.

This RFP is comprised of the following sections and attachments:

Important Notices:

This RFP is intended only for the manufacturers of laptops and docking stations. Bids presented by manufacturers’ partners, or third parties will not be considered.

Due to the timelines associated with this project, the Global Fund will not extend the RFP nor the delivery timelines.

The Global Fund reserves the right to use the resulting Contract for this RFP for future or additional purchases of the hardware described in the RFP/Contract (or corresponding next generations hardware) to meet the future needs. The aim is to ensure systems consistency until the next hardware replacement cycle.
