Item Description:
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of this Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract.
Objective
The objective is to establish a two-year Framework Contract (FWC) with an experienced contractor that can support EMSA with code correction, evolutive maintenance, new services development or enhancements to the existing ones, and IT Operations & Helpdesk for HP-IMS. The activities shall allow for operation of HPIMS in a 24/7 mode with high availability and provide the possibility to enhance IMS features provided to EMSA’s users.
Following the signature of the FWC, EMSA intends to contract specific activities by issuing individual Requests for Services (RFS) and Specific Contracts in accordance with the terms and provisions of the FWC.
The FWC may be renewed, if so decided by EMSA, for periods of one year and up to a maximum total period of four years.
