ICT Infrastructure Services – Provision of Operation and Support Services of the European Parliament’s ICT Infrastructure

Item Description:

The European Parliament issues this invitation to tender for “Provision of operation and support services of the European Parliament’s ICT infrastructure” to select suitable partners to provide the necessary services in the coming years.

The objective of this call for tenders, thus, is the acquisition of ICT infrastructure operation and management services and other related services, as described in Annex III. Technical specifications and Annex I. Service Requirements with associated Service Level Agreements that define the service levels expected by the European Parliament (see Annex II. Framework Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Annex III.C. Lot I – Fundamental ICT Infrastructure Services – Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The tender has been structured by organising the services in two complementary lots:

Lot I: Fundamental ICT Infrastructure Services.

Services to ensure the optimal functioning of the European Parliament’s ICT infrastructure (from now on referred as “Fundamental ICT Infrastructure Services”). They are the object of Lot I: Fundamental ICT Infrastructure Services.

Lot II: ICT Infrastructure Specialised and Advanced Services.

Services to provide highly specialised professional expertise for carrying out ICT advanced and specific infrastructure projects and assignments (in the future referred to as “ICT Infrastructure Specialised and Advanced Services”). They are the object of Lot II: ICT Infrastructure Specialised and Advanced Services.

The lots are complementary and tenderer may submit offers for both lots. Complementary means that the contractors of both lots will be required to collaborate in specific situations for the benefit of the EP (for example, analysis of current activities in a specific domain, handover/transition of the result of a project for future operation, etc).
