IFB – Ethiopia – Procurement of Mobile Handsets and Solar Power Bank

Item Description:

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) toward the cost of One WaSH National Program M&E MIS Establishment and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Mobile Handsets and Solar Power Bank for implementing mobile based data collection (inventory) of water supply schemes through the use of mobile handsets and mobile survey tool.

2. The Ministry of Water Irrigation and Electricity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of 3, 924 units of Mobile Handsets and 1,038 units of Solar Power Bank. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the African Development Bank Procurement Guidelines.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on January 24, 2017, 10:30AM local time.
