The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Road Network Improvement Project Phase 2. A portion of this financing will be applied for eligible payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidder from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Improvement and Maintenance of Provincial Road 312 (“the Works”).
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
