The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of NFI’s –DFID,NFI’s –CERF,NFI’s –Germany, Shelter kits –DFID,and Shelter kits -CERF, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Emergency Shelter Kits and NFI’s Kits ; See attached Annexes #01 and # 02

A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at IOM-Bujumbura Main office, BURUNDI, 13 Avenue Ririkumutima, Kabondo west on 30^th October 2018 to 14^th November 2018 or you may download from this website link – https://www.iom.int/procurement-opportunities

A pre-bidding conference will be held on 08^th November 2018 at 200pm at IOM Main Office Conference room.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days of calendar days after submission of Bids and MUST be accompanied inside by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than ten percentage (10%) of the Bidders Total Bid Price submitted in the form of Certified check from reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered together with Quotation to the BEAC at IOM Main Office Bujumbura 13 Avenue Ririkumutima Kabondo west before closing date on 14^th November 2018 at 300PM.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
