Invitation to Bid for Professional Events Organizer

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids from prospective bidders for the provision of Professional Events Organizer Services (herein referred to as “Services”).

The successful Bidder shall supply ADB with Services, thereby engaging the Service Provider for a span of three (3) years from the commencement date of the Contract.

Public competitive procurement method will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage- Single Envelope Bidding Procedure.
