    Item Description:

    It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC), will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of IT Project Roles for Judicial Workflow Platform Implementation. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

    Objectives: 

    The project is to modernise the technology supporting the Court’s core line of business: Judicial processes.

    The Court’s approach is to leverage the Legal Workflow solutions of sister tribunals in The Hague (Special Tribunal for Lebanon and Kosovo Special Chambers, hereafter referred to as STL and KSC Legal Workflow) which are built on the Documentum xCP.

    To implement the project, the Court seeks to augments it’s capability and capacity with experienced IT consultants to fulfil a variety of project delivery roles to for the Court’s implementation of Documentum xCP for its Judicial Workflow Platform. The Court requires multiple IT project delivery roles through all phases of the project: analysis, development, testing, training and deployment.

    The duration of the project is estimated at three years: beginning in Q1 2019, with a target to deploy the minimal viable product (MVP) in Q1 2020 and the remaining functionality build to continue through to 2021 with the final deployment in early 2022.

    The IT consultants will be under the direction of the Court’s Project Manager and will work as a blended team with ICC staff and consultants from multiple organisations. The consultants will be required to work onsite at the Court’s headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.

    The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document that will be sent to the qualified vendors who respond to this EOI.
