ITC Procurement Map Web Application

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is looking for companies to develop and implement an API allowing ITC to retrieve public tenders and contract awards information on a daily basis to post this information on ITC Procurement Map. Public tenders, contract awards titles, and summary information collected on a daily basis will be stored in ITC databases.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Public tenders and contract awards information provided to ITC through an API on a daily basis stored in ITC’s database and published on ITC Procurement Map. All information must be made available to the beneficiaries.
2. Detailed information and related documents on public tenders and contract awards published on Procurement Map through an I-Frame and not stored in ITC’s databases.
3. Public tenders and contract awards information provided based on HS or BPM6, and CPV classification. Procurement Map users will be able to filter and retrieve information on line by country and HS or BPM6, and CPV classification.
4. The detailed information provided in tenders and contract awards must include at least:
   • Public Tenders: Tender title, Organization details: country, name and address of the publishing organization; Tender details: document type (prequalification or actual bidding), bidding type (international or domestic competitive bidding), project location, tender notice number, description, date of detection, deadline ; Related documents: linking to the original tender document published ; Sectors based on HS or BPM6, and CPV.
   • Contract Awards: Contract title, Implementing Agency: name and address of the publishing organization and the contract awarded organization ; Contractor’s Details: name, address, and country of the award winning contractor ; Contract Award’s Details: details of the contract: project location, tender notice number, description of the project, completion date of the project and contract value ; Related documents: linking to the original published contract document ; Sectors based on HS or BPM6, and CPV.
5. The information must be published in a timely manner and the tenders must be valid (deadline in the future).

Please indicate your vendor ID number and the reference of this EOI in your response. If not registered with ITC/UNOG or UNGM, please follow the Procedure for Registration as Potential Vendor at http://www.ungm.org as soon as possible.

ITC reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

Please note that only those companies considered qualified by ITC for this project will be invited to participate in this procurement exercise.
